My ipad doesn't recognize my 4 digits code, what can I do?

Hmm... This is crazy ironic. I just had the exact same issue with my iPhone 6s about 40 minutes ago. I've been using the same passcode for a long time. In addition, I worked at the Apple Store so there's no way I'd forget my passcode! Maybe it's a iOS/firmware software issue. Unfortunately, there's no way around it and the fix is not the greatest. You have to erase your device via iTunes & restore any backup available.
You want to scroll halfway down and follow the directions for "Erase your device with recovery mode"

thanks for answering my question but I haven't forgot my passcode. i haven't use my iPad for weeks and now when I wanted use sudden does not recongnize my passcode
